Liaison OneCall Ltd is part of the Liaison Financial Services Ltd Group of companies

The Group specialises in providing – VAT, Financial management, Workforce management, and Employee Benefits services with over 300 Public Sector Organisations and in particular NHS Trusts, Boards and Councils. More than two-thirds of all NHS organisations work with us, each making serious cost savings as a result.  The basis of Liaison’s business is to cut out unwanted organisational costs and work hard to support these organisations helping them to improve on employee retention, morale and productivity.

Liaison Onecall who specialise in helping organisations with staff improvement and benefits, have been involved in providing such benefits since 2001. As a member of the Governments Digital Task Force they helped in the creation of the very first Home Technology Benefit Programme (Home Computer Initiative - HCI) that targeted all UK employees to help make them digitally aware.  Over the years they have also worked with the Digital Inclusion Committee, to help in the development of the salary sacrifice benefit rules.

Whats New for Benefits in Covid times

Liaison Onecall have now partnered with Hays Travel, the largest travel agent in the UK to help improve staffs Health and Wellbeing.   Staff who in these Covid times are working flat out with children at home and not forgetting that nearly 50% of critical care staff at the moment are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, severe depression or anxiety, the idea of being able to book your Covid protected holiday really works.

Paying monthly in equal instalments, spread over 12 months with no deposit and saving on National Insurance and employee pension contributions makes sense. Providing the sort of support that staff need for their health and family – paying a little bit at a time!
